We, the inhabitants of Paragram, have the honour to state that ours is a big village having large population With this village there are also some other villages where there is no post office. Near about 10 thousand people live in this area. The only post office for the people is the path of 4 km. The people have to suffer a lot. They do not get timely letters, parcels and money orders. They cannot post all these in time. Living in a modern age, this situation should not prevail. So a sub-post office is essential to be set up in this area.
We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to open a sub-post office in our locality.

আমরা, পাড়াগ্রামের বাসিন্দারা সম্মানের সাথে জানাতে পেরেছি যে আমাদের একটি বড় গ্রাম যেখানে প্রচুর জনসংখ্যা রয়েছে এই গ্রামের সাথে আরও কিছু গ্রাম রয়েছে যেখানে কোনও পোস্ট অফিস নেই। এই এলাকায় প্রায় ১০ হাজার মানুষের বসবাস। মানুষের জন্য একমাত্র ডাকঘর ৪ কিলোমিটার পথ। এতে জনগণকে চরম ভোগান্তিতে পড়তে হয়। তারা সময় মতো চিঠি, পার্সেল ও মানি অর্ডার পান না। তারা সময়মতো এই সব পোস্ট করতে পারে না। আধুনিক যুগে বসবাস করে, এই পরিস্থিতি বিরাজ করা উচিত নয়। তাই এই এলাকায় একটি সাব-পোস্ট অফিস স্থাপন জরুরি।
তাই আমরা প্রার্থনা করি এবং আশা করি আপনি আমাদের এলাকায় একটি সাব-পোস্ট অফিস খোলার জন্য যথেষ্ট সদয় হবেন।
